for digging this up, I have another   Osepchuk paper in my 
References at my site. Containing similar contradictions.

Also I fully agree with your evaluation, it only underlines again,
that current Standards are set much too high especially if those 
findings are considered, published decades ago . The same goes 
for the levels of microwave hearing I used to calculate my 
equivalent threshold level  published in the 70s. MicroWaves and 
other EMFs have not become more benign or less harmful since 
then, but much more "plentiful"

It shows again, how some people disregard their own research
data of that time only to protect their job/family/livelihood;
some even admitted to that - but only privately and off the record.
and beg for understanding - at the same time asking those without 
high priced jobs to go to battle -  while they do the "back-stabbing" 
as they are paid for.

So much for honesty - and all those industry people are higher paid 
than most public servants - some even better than  the US 
President. So what can we expect? Hoping for a honest judge - 
whose appointment is made by politicians, who can only run for 
office with "big" money backing them ........all our western 
democracies seem to need a severe overhaul.....
