Dear Roy and all, During our cell tower campaign and upon responding to various
information requests from the general public, we realize the need for a "unique
cellular phone/cell tower microwave Moratorium or Resolution" ( in the
following in short: "M/R").
Upon checking in the internet there are only a few samples of M/R available,
but do not contain all the issues necessary to be dealt with, i.e. zoning,
visual impact, property devaluation, radio/microwave interference (hospital, air
planes, wheel chairs, pace makers,...), human fundamental and constitutional
rights (involuntary exposure without consent, physical attack, trespass...),
cumulative exposure not only from one certain transmitter but all at the same
time from any transmitter and from anywhere (including space),.....and last not
least the ever increasing body of scientific evidences about wireless
microwave's adverse biological effects. I myself have been approached by my home
and other communities to prepare a M/R along with a petition for adopting a M/R,
but I have difficulties to set up one. I kindly ask you to ask your list to
please help me/us in composing a unique M/R by sending me samples they are aware
of or have in file or write already some "Whereas ......" sections addressing
the issues they like to see contained in the M/R. I suggest to submit directly
their samples and suggestion to me, as I am willing to coordinate setting up the
unique M/R in question, and after having reviewed by some the unique M/R to be
posted in your web site. We then can refer anyone , seeking for assistance with
this regard, to your web site. Anyone can download the unique M/R and modify to
his/her locale and send in with a short petition. Hope many of your list would
