Hi Roy:We seem to be making some small headway the residents of a smaller
municipality outside of Toronto have succeeded in having the owner promise to
remove an installedtower which went up overnight (literally) without any
consultation with the residents.The incident was reported on City Pulse News on
Jan 24th and the subsequent agreement to relocate the tower on Jan. 29 on TV
