Hi!

1. I appreciate Guru's intention to keep the List focused to the current
(NCI) issue. I wish if we could do that with more subjects, and beat them
one by one, but it is too demanding, I know. Anyway, it can be repeated
with the most important ones only...

2. I was so surprised to see the information on NCI report in one of the
leading newspapers here in Belgrade. To understand my surprise, you should
know that EMF issues never got much attention here.

3. As some of you know, I am focused on GSM phone tower, and I was not
concerned with ELF fields, but in my investigation I had an opportunity to
speak to a chief of the local Radiation Institute. He told me, by chance,
that they have proven an increased cancer rate around the power plant in
Niksic (another town here), and that had been published.

This is my contribution to this issue. Not much, anyway.
