Dear everybody,
as I saw that the List is about to be closed for a while, I recalled some
of the earlier discussions, and found something that remained not so clear
to me. It is the "TRANSIENTS" (as a possible clue to understanding the EMF
influence)... I was not able to find any detailed information about that,
anywhere. I believe it is not only me who could learn more about that
issue, so I hope somebody from the List would respond to this, explaining
the TRANSIENTS issue in several sentences.
