to write and call the FCC and submit your objections about bill FCC
97-264,  the attempted preemption of moratoriums, and to reduce
moratoriums  to a smaller length of time. The FCC is run by many former
telecom industry personnel. YOU MUST WRITE AND HAVE YOUR VOICE HEARD!!

citizens.
