Normally you cannot count with connection with each other, the
reinforcement is held together with a thin wire making poor connection.
Sometimes however the reinforsement is welded together to get the effect
you are talking about. Just now we are building a new office building at
our plant where all reinforcements are welded together and grounded,
making some problems for using GSM telephones we design in the other end
of the factory....
