Go to http://rex.nci.nih.gov.  Then click on Mass Media, then Press
Releases. The first one listed is "Study Finds Magnetic Fields Do Not Raise
Children's Leukemia Risk."  After you scroll down through the press release
you can go to a backgrounder paper that provides more info in a Q and A
format.  One tidbit that I have not seen mentioned before was the
following:  "The NCI/CCG investigators also collected information on the
use of electrical appliances by mothers during pregnancy and children after
birth. The data are still being analyzed, with results expected to be
published in 1998."

        I tried to find information on the study at the NCI web site but
could not
find anything there, but the bureaucratic structure of the site did not
make it easy. Does anyone know if they have any information on the study
posted on their site.
