Hi everybody:

If you have ever visited the WAVEGUIDE web page, you know it as one of
the best "out there" on the EMF issue (broadly speaking). The following
message is ***bad news*** to me (to all of us) -- but very understandable.

To explain, for some time now ... a number of us have been acutely aware
of the need to develop a web-page devoted exclusively to the cell-phone
issue (the phones AND the antennas or transponders). A page that would
constitute a quick reference source for everything from the latest
"health" information to the latest "legal" aspects.

After much discussion, Robert Bedard agreed to develop that page and
place it on his WAVEGUIDE web-site. As you will see below, Robert has
changed jobs and this affects his time availability -- again,
understandably....

We will not drop the idea. We will "look for someone else" to give it
a try. Any volunteers?????

Cheerio..... (For all the "Yanks": take at least one moment during this
4th of July, birthday celebration ... to give thanks for the First
Amendment of our U.S. Constitution. Without that, many of us on this
network (yours truly!!!) ... would probably be in jail!!!)

Roy:

I suppose by now it is evident, but I wanted to let you know what is
going on, or not, as the case may be.

I started a new job; the work load was, of course, totally
misrepresented. I have not been able to make any time to move forward on
the Web site we had been discussing a couple of months back.

As much as I hate to do so, I am realizing that I do not have the time,
and must "let go" of doing the Cellular Site we had been talking about.

I am sure there are others who are capable, and ready to step up to the
plate, I am sorry it took this long to come to the realization that I
just could not make time to do it. I kept hoping that somehow I would be
able to juggle the schedule around, and pull it off, but it just hasn't
happened. (And it looks like things will get worse before they get
better.)

I really tried to reserve the time to do this, specifying at my
interview that I had things outside of work that I needed to attend to,
but well, this is the Silicon Valley, and companies are not always
receptive to their employees actually having a life outside of work ...

Please DO keep me on your list. I don't always have time to read
everything, but I really enjoy being kept in the loop. (And who knows,
hopefully in a couple of months, I will have remedied their ills at
work, and have time to have a personal life again.)

Sorry for the delay in this realization, but I guess I was in denial,
thinking that somehow everything would work out. I think this project is
important enough that somebody else should pick it up, so it gets done.

Thanks again for all _your_ efforts,
rob't
