I just Spoke with Bert about Bill HR 3844.
It seems that this Bill is a Trojan horse in disguise.
While professing to allocate 5% of  all  Moines collected it also
would allow the Industry to place their antennas on all municipally
owned
buildings and structures. That means libraries, schools, post offices,
city, county, state federal buildings, YOU NAME IT !!
Libby would you construct another FAX letter to send to Maerkey and our
own congresional deligations ?
Call to action- Please contact all congressional and Senatorial contacts
and warn them what this bill (3844) will supersede local, state
authority. Industry continues to
try to ambush us.  Your voice counts !! Use it.
