Dear Mr. Beavers,
as I see, you have changed your mind, regarding the determination not to
involve the List into DU issue... I am glad you did, although I would have
preferred you had done it while it was hot...

Anyway, Belgrade is already suffering an ecological disaster (sick people
and trees, etc.), and we still have to find out whether it is a consequence
of DU, or a chemical pollution. The use of DU on Kosovo has been confirmed
both by NATO and local authorities, while for Belgrade there are still no
final confirmation neither denial from both sides. The extent of pollution
on Kosovo is unpredictable, but it is probably enormous as Greece reported
an increase in radiation when the Northern wind (from Kosovo, that is
several hundred kilometers away) blows. It is crazy that both sides prefer
to hide the facts. 

Like with many things, we come to know the truth when it  would be too late
to change anything...
