......Yes, it is quite possible that you would have a problem there,
David....  I suggest you contact Alasdair  and have
him check it out for you....

As to the fact that the statement was made by the "company" person.....
I used to think that they were just "in honest error."  I don't think
that anymore -- now I know that they lie in their teeth ... routinely...

After all -- it is never THEIR families living in such situations.....
