Subject: Re Microwave tower worker exposure Date: Fri, 20 Jun 1997 070337 -0500 (CDT) From: Emil DeToffol <lessemf@lessemf.com> To: Multiple recipients of list <emf-l@mail.llion.org> -------------------------------------------------- Dear Bob, I recently bevame aware of a publication which may be helpful to your cause. It is titled: Biological Effects of Radiofrequency Electromagnetic Fields. It is a compilation of Russian scientific studies and it is available for $59 from the US Department of Commerce (National Technical Information Service) at (703) 487-4660. Item #JPRS63321. Some of the studies included: The Clinic, Pathogenesis, Treatment, and Outcome of Radiowave Sickness The Effects of Continuous & Intermittent Radiation on: - Arterial Pressure Dynamics - Hypothalmic-Hypophysis-Adrenal Cortex System - Functional State of the Adrenal Medulla - Secretory Function of the Hypothalmus and Certain Endocrine Glands Hygienic Evaluation of Working Conditions Involving Radiowave Emitters on the Basis of Dynamic Studies on the Nature of Radiation During a Work Shift etc., etc., etc. There are 32 eye-popping studies altogether. It is not light-hearted reading, however. These are actual translations of the original scientific papers. And here's the best part: These studies were published in 1974!!! I hope this helps.
