This is a late comment since I have been off the net while transiting 
the country towing a boat. Correction: I am not a member of NEPTA. I 
decided not to join when I found after long discussion that there was 
no professional standard for joining, and that there would have been 
an understandable difficulty in deciding on any standard. Hence anyone 
who says he/she is sincere can get on the list and join, as I 
understand it. I think it is useful to have a list of EMF consultants, 
but I am bothered by the meaninglessness of membership. Any comments
