Roy: I agree 100%. Grounding, for instance, is a subject that many 
electrical engineers have basic misconceptions about. Add to this the 
technical misconceptions some utility PR men have given out to the 
public (whether unintentionally or otherwise) and you have a general 
condition of misinformation which does not inspire public confidence.
