I have not seen anything relating BSE etc to EMFs.  The most likely cause
are OPs (organophosphate pesticides - "nerve agents"). OP's were painted on
the backs of most cattle which originally developed BSE -to prevent warble
fly infestations.  The UK used this practice the most and has the worst BSE now.
