Ernie Measures asked me to sent you the following:
Subject: World Wide Survey on Environment
Year - 1849 Place - London, England. Problem - Disease.
Cholera was rampant throughout the city, no one knew the cause thousands
were dying. One
doctor felt it was contamination of the drinking water but he was rebuffed
on all
attempts to get attention. In desperation he removed the handle from the
pump he felt
was the main cause, it was close to a large cesspit. The incidence of
cholera in that
aerea was drastically reduced, the people were forced to use a well further
away which
gave much cleaner water. The water from the bad well looked and tasted O.K.
because
there were no tests yet available. The City once their noses had been rubbed
in the
proof, built one of the finest water and sewage disposal system in the
world. One
hundred and forty seven years later the system has been privatised and the
old 147 year
old pipes are worn and leaking to the tune of thirty percent wastage. The
private
owners, who have increased water rates up to 400 % say they have no money to
fix them.
Does it sound familiar?
The moral of this story is we are now the victims of another
epidemic,
ELECTROMAGNETIC POLLUTION.
How many thousands of us have to be infected and die painfully
before we take
the bull by the horns, like Dr. John Snow in 1849 and force business and
Government to
clean up our electromagnetic pollution. Like cholera water, you can't see it
or taste it
but it's going to kill you just as dead.
The people of London at that time were illiterate, just as the
majority of the
population today, so they did not know how to help themselevs. Shut off your
TVs, the
opiate of the masses, go to your libraries and book stores and find out
about the real
world, not the propaganda put out by big business who own and control media.
ONLY SIX PERCENT OF THE POPULATION OF NORTH AMERICA READ BOOKS. Are
you not
ashamed.
