Beavers" Subject: Re: Barnyard Hi Roy the complete reviewed page with my translation about the German farm is available at http://www.reach.net/~scherer/p/vetrepde.htm The case has some subtle importance. It will force the German federal government to show colours as it invokes a current federal law against the transmission tower. In most such cases the "out of court - buy out option" will be attempted. It would be nice to have the actual readings for the field intensity in this case unfortunately the German Website has no E-mail (!!) contact Robert and myself will try to get more information. Deformation and fertility problems in cattle have been observed too in the States years back in the vicinity of Radio transmitters according to the References listed with my articles but have been dismissed at the time (1970s). This is the first time a "government scientist" invoked an existing protective law against the EMF transmissions. But as the say in Germany - the bureaucratic ways are long and slow - you must be lucky to live that long to see a result. Greetings Wolfgang .................... Wolfgang W.
