Dear Roy:

I want to clarify that the 54 petitioners who signed on to the Ad Hoc
petition which was filed in the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals are from all
over the United States -- Massachusetts, New York, District of Columbia,
Virginia, Maryland, Florida, Illinois, Vermont, Connecticut, Texas as well
as California and Washington state.  Many of these individuals are
themselves involved in concerned citizen groups so, the Ad Hoc Association
is really a coalition of likeminded organizatons.  Had there been
sufficient time when this brief was filed, we would have been able to sign
more people - I got lots of calls after the deadline passed.
