(fwd) An appeal may stall the process - however, in King Co a tower may go up even if it is being appealed - we have a group who won an appeal against a tower in King Co - took lots of time - but I will find his email address and forward this to him - he will need - as I do - specifics - location of tower - height, company - Thurston County's current zoning regulations etc - You guys need a moratorium NOW - if this tower is approved, then the County will have to approve similarly sited towers - otherwise they will be in violation of the Telecomm Act - they need to take a time out to see that with 6-7 licensed carriers - all of which have to be located thanks to Congress - thye could be facing a nightmare - they need time to get the FACTS the TRUTH from people like you - industry lies, lies lies - it will take a big effort on your part - we defeated a Sprint tower (100 foot - nexst to my home) but it took 9 months and cost me $6,000 - others have similiar stories - email me back with the details Susan in Medina ---------- > From: Roy L.
