Hi folks:
.......Some of you have already received the below message from Deb
Carney..... She has sent it to her list, and guru was "cc'd".
I am sending it to the EMF-L list because it illustrates how "right"
guru has been in a theme he has been "preaching" on this list since the
very first day of the list.....
I guess the only kind of message response that I have received through
the years on EMF-L -- and have genuinely been offended by -- is the "Oh,
you are just another one of those 'conspiracy theory' guys......"
Well ... What Bill Moyers talks about in the program "Free Speech for
Sale," and what I (guru) have been talking about is NOT a conspiracy
theory -- it is about a breakdown in America's (designed) democratic
political process.... The system "ain't working" the way it is supposed
to. And it "ain't working" because $$$$$$$$ are now in control of the
political and "free" press processes -- NOT the 'free' citizens and NOT
the 'free' press.....
That condition, folks, is called an **oligarchy**..... Not a
"conspiracy."
What Deb says below about the Moyers' program summarizes it beautifully
... and shows how clearly IT IS related to the EMF issue.....
Cheerio..... (We have received one report that the program will be
repeated on PBS -- June 12th? -- though the showing time is not known.
You must check locally.....)

I have ordered the tape of Bill Moyers special but they advise it is not
available for 4-6 weeks. I have a personal copy. I would like to enter
this tape in the record-particularly the last one third. This special
documents the vast power and control of the broadcasters over Congress
and the public's right to know and freedom of speech. It also shows
many interconnections of ownership with businesses such as G.E., many
broadcasters, newspapers and magazines. I know that you have been
tracking the press coverage on the supertower issue as part of the
official file. This tape is important because it allows the
Commissioners to put the press coverage in perspective and recognize
vested interests. Before this program, citizens across the Country have
advised me that they could not understand why they could get little or
no press coverage for their concerns about electromagnetic radiation.
