Dear Jeff,

There is an RF probe which might suit your purpose. I'd say is to RF what
the RadioShack telephone amplifier is to ELF magnetic fields. The probe has
a reasonably flat response from 100kHz to 1 GHz and can detect down to
microwatt levels. Of course it is not a calibrated instrument, but for
$39.95 you can't beat it. It puts out a DC voltage which corresponds to the
RF field strength. Connect it to any DMM with 1 mV resolution (or a DMM
with PC interface, for data capture, graphs, etc.).

For more information, see http://www.lessemf.com/rf.html/#118

DMM with PC interface available at http://www.lessemf.com/gauss.html#192
