......This message could be addressed to a lot of people.....  The
"science" community, the 'industry,' the people who are not (yet)
affected in their property, the 'media', the bureaucrats, of course,
etc...... We are all responsible for this indifference -- just so long as
(my British wife says, in jest):  What's the problem ... I'm Al-right
Jack!!!

But I choose to address it to the 'man' at the top.......   Hypocrisy
**ought** to be the best reason there is to defeat a political party....

Subject: disappointed once again!

Hi Roy -

 Yet another attorney told me today that he can not represent us in our
tower battle. 

 Looks like the industry is winning!In talking to the City staff it looks
as though 4 more antennas are coming and there is not much I can do about
it. I will continue my efforts to fight. Honestly, I am feeling very
discouraged and hopeless.

 The Industry,City, and Neighbor can destroy the asthetics of my property,
lower my land value, and expose my family to RF 24/7 and I am helpless to
do any thing about it. AND....................more antennas are coming in
the near future. This is a nightmare! 

 I will continue to seek legal council, although, after being turned down
by over 30 I am not hopeful that any one will help.

 I tried to get an article in our local paper and the reporter said it was
too complicated and would turn it over to some one else. Haven't heard
from anyone. All these people with the NOT IN MY BACK YARD theory.

I truly feel like crying.
