Subject: Industry states - danger of cellphones near head

For those concerned about EMF health effects (whether the FCC wants us to talk
about it or not), I thought you might find this interesting.

On March 19, 1998, Steve Bullock of Western Wireless stated in a taped
community meeting at Skyline High School, Issaquah, Washington State, that it
is dangerous to have cell phones by your head.

He stated that since PCS technology will soon be outdated by satellite
technology, cell phone customers will be receiving transmissions directly from
satellite relays.  He said that with the power it takes to receive
transmissions from satellite, "you definitely will not want to have those
phones by your head!"

It's nice to have the industry admit that their is a health risk with cell
phone technology.
