Hi everybody:

What a pity that EMF does not give off the odor of pig-dung!
If it did, we'd have the U.S. Government right in there on our side,
working to eradicate the EMF public health hazard.

Seriously, I wonder which of the two 'really' presents the greater
environmental health hazard???? (See below.)

Cheerio.....

*** EPA to regulate livestock farms amid manure concerns

The Environmental Protection Agency said Thursday it would regulate
factory farms with vast numbers of cattle, pigs and chickens that
produce millions of tons of manure each year. Animal-waste spills by
large livestock farms have been blamed by environmentalists for fish
kills, groundwater pollution, smelly air and some human illnesses. A
draft plan issued Thursday called for aggressive enforcement of Clean
Water Act permit requirements for 450,000 animal-feeding operations
in the U.S. The EPA said it will revise national environmental
guidelines for allowable levels of waste from chicken and pig farms
by Dec. 2001 and guidelines for cattle and dairy farms by Dec. 2002.
