Subject: cellular siting

Dear Roy,

I was told you have a listserve on the subject of cellular antennas. We
are looking for information on communities that refuse siting, and on
what grounds they argued their refusal, and succeeded. Could you please
send me the address, and any info you have? We are trying to amend
bylaws in our community to make setbacks for the siting of antennas from
schools, etc. Thank You,
