Dear Roy

Dr. Henry Lai has kindly given me permission to include two of his recent
papers on my web site. They both are now up and running.

1)Paper presented at the IBC-UK Conference: "Mobile Phones-Is there a
Health Risk?" September 16-17, 1997 in Brussels, Belgium.

"Neurological Effects of  Radiofrequency Electromagnetic Radiation
Relating to Wireless Communication Technology"


2) "Neurological Effects of  Radiofrequency Electromagnetic Radiation"

Paper presented to the Workshop on possible biological and health effects
of RF electromagnetic fields.  Project team: Mobile Phones and Health,
Symposium,  October 25-28, 1998, University of Vienna, Austria.
