.......Folks, I can't believe this.....!!! Still - some industry
lawyers (I guess) are trying to say that the health issue can not be
raised..... And in Massachusetts!!!
The first lawyer who takes them to court on that -- headed for
Supreme Court, using violation of Tenth Amendment (see guru's
website, "Law/Legal") ... is going to find that he has dozens
of willing clients.....!!!
You are being given bad information, Patricia.....
The health threat IS the issue.....
Elsewhere on guru's website ... you will find many other answers.....
Also, you will hear from some good people who can help ... from this
list......

Subject: Cellular Tower Siting
Dear Mr. Beaver:
I am looking for information to help me fight a cell
antenna that will be placed 73 feet from my parents
home. I happen to send an email to Roy Beavers who is
at the Council on Wireless Telecommunication impact
and he suggested I contact you.
I am looking for any information that will help me. I
am trying to locate any information that will support
the issue that RF Emissions effect hearing aids. My
brother and niece are both deaf and wear two hearing
aids each.
Sprint PCS has applied to put an array (nine) antennas
on top of a Boston Edison stanchion that is behind my
parents home.
We have been fighting it but with little success.
This stanchion is on a small stip of land in a
residential area next to a grade school.
Heath Board said ok because we can't discuss health
issues.
Conservation said yes. We appealed and won. State
came out and the state people knew the Sprint people.
We lost that.
Planning Board- the chairman of this committee took
Sprint out in the hallway and told them they have the
vote. We have sent the necessary paperwork to the
state on this. They will close the meeting in two
weeks.
Board of Selectman still open.
If you have any information that will help me I would
really appreciate it. Thanks in advance for any
assistance.
