Roy,
     I would appreciate it if you would send out this e-mail to your
group.

    I am in the middle of a power line dispute with the power company in
my area and thanks to the help of many people in this group we have
convinced the communities in the affected area not to allow this line to
pursue without an Environmental Impact Study to be done.

     One BIG problem.  Unless we (the citizens in our area) can come up
with experts / consultant to perform the study the power company will get
to pick them.  Even better the cities demand that the power company pay
for the study.

     So what I am asking is if anyone on this list has done this before
or knows of someone who is in that profession please e-mail me.
