Roy,

Can you or someone of your list please send me a copy/or refer to a
explicit cell tower moratorium or ordinance of any  community/regional
district government, that applies the precautionary principle with
regards of the cellular microwave issue?

I would need this for my EMF/EMR presentation so to demonstrate that the
issues are real and accepted as concern elsewhere.
