Roy:

Here is some information.

On November 1999, I brought up Steneck's book on your list in the context
of asking Frances Reed, an out-of date publisher if she would reprint "The
Microwave Debate". She recommended we go look in old
bookstores. Apparently some have. After that, I had some correspondence
with Steneck who is at the University of Michigan. He would have liked to
continue publishing but there was no funding available. He told me, that
"15 years of inconclusive science has shown that the sort of analysis I
wanted to do might have been more useful, but that is not what
happened." He also indicated he might be coming out with new
material. His email address is
Nicholas H. Steneck
Professor of History, LSA, & Ethics, Engineering
History, 1029 Tisch Hall (mail)/3617 Haven (office)
University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI 48109-1003

Sincerely,

Libby Kelley

I think all of us know of books on EMF related subjects which we would like
other to read but they are no longer in print. Perhaps this publisher will
be of help.

I know of a couple of out-of-print books which are of value to this group
(see below). Paul Brodeur's first book "The Zapping of America" (there may
be more of his books on EMFs which are out of print, I do not know).and
Nicholas Steneck's "Risk Benefit Analysis: The Microwave Debate" - San
Francisco Press (ISBN 911302-44-1).
I suggest others forward their suggestion to this person and see what happens:

Libby

We are a relatively new publishing company, dedicated to keeping in print
and available for purchase book titles which larger publishers have lost
interest in and have declared "out of print". We are especially interested
in scientific and technical titles.

If you are an author whose book is out of print, or if you are aware of an
out of print book which you believe has value and should be returned to
print, please contact us.
