Subject: Phone masts in church spires

Dear Roy,
It was suggested that I contact you to find out if you have any
information about masts in church spires. Any suggestions as to set about
approaching planners to review having them removed. Because the mast is
not visible we are at a disadvantage with regards to its visual impact.
However it is in the town centre close to 3 schools,1 hospital and a
residental area. If health and safety is not an issue what about loss of
residential property value? Any prior experience or information that
would be helpful?
