.........A "tired mom" (Bonnie Hicks) is asking for help in finding
evidence (appraisals) which show devaluation of property values from
the placing of cell towers near residential property.....

Let me point out a thing or two about that question:

The cell tower problem has not been in existence very man years.....  It
doesn't have the kind of historical "track record" that exists in the 
case of power lines, for example - or hog farms....  In other words, it
is not surprising that there are not a lot of examples of such devaluation
available.....

Also, I say that we haven't seen the devaluation consequences yet!!
Because the public (in a widespread sense) is not yet AWARE of the
possible health problems.....  In my opinion, the devaluation with regard
to cell towers will occur in the future!!  After some "health incidents"
arise and the reporting of the possible health consequences is broadcast
to the public.....

Anyway, I hope that some of you can give Bonnie some help with this....

Dear Roy:

Thank you so much for your help and support since I contacted you last month.  The Alliance and yourself have helped me greatly.  I was so happy about the TCA of 1996 federal court decision, I had to call my tower buddies to tell them.  I too was looking 
forward to McCain to be our new president.  I have looked through more articles on the property devaluation, but have not come up with anyone who has an actual appraisal.  I have contacted a lawyer about fighting and possibly doing an appeal, but he also 
says I will need an appraisal.  I have not been able to find an appraiser to help as of yet, but I am not done trying.  If I could get a couple of actual appraisals that show a lower property value, I could have an appraiser do a study to prove our point 
is concrete.  You know Roy, every time I get on the computer I see more stuff about childhood risks and it makes me nuts.  I am a mother of a wonderful little 2 year old.  I feel as a mother I have to protect him, even against the cell tower.  That is why
 I am so obcessed with stopping this tower.  The thought of what could happen to him makes me crazy.  The things a mother will do to protect her kids, could be a whole new story, right?  I have also contacted a couple of links from your emails to help wit
h an appraisal, with a cc to you.  If there is another stone I need to overturn, let me know, I like rocks!!!
