Hi Roy

Thanks for posting the Precautionary Principle document out in full.  Lyn
McLean from EMRAA and I are members of an industry committee (Australian
Communications Industry Forum) that is currently devising a Code of Conduct
for the siting of mobile phone towers.  As I am researching the
precautionary principle for this Code I much appreciate the perspective and
information it provides.  This Code will be a supplement to the new standard
that is being drawn up.
