As you know, the story has already broken. Robert, no less than
four
of my list have sent it to me from various sources.
I do not plan to use it one the EMF-l list.... I am afraid
it would
"step on" the really good story -- the one just out of London......
I do not consider it a legit EMF item (sort of more like a laser).....
I do not have good first hand info about it......
It is being promoted by the Marines as a crowd control weapon???
Obviously, if there are any long term effects upon the victims -- that
has not had much time to have been observed????
I can't contribute much more than that......
