Several ES individuals (including myself) regularly take doses one order of magnitude higher than what was administrated in the Hillert study. I have not had any positive reactions from doses as low as 180mg. This reminds me of the "news" a couple of years ago when we where told that Pauling was wrong - vitamin C did not help when recovering from a cold. In the study cited by "school medicine", said to prove this, it was actually shown that "mega-doses" where needed in order to get an effect and that smaller doses such as those used by Hillert caused no significant improvement. Maybe this team learned from that study...
