Hi, Roy --

Mark Millman was inquiring about oxygen and EMF's, having read Ed McCabe's
book.

I find myself in the odd position of needing to speak on Ed's behalf; to the
best of my knowledge, he continues in jail at the present time, apparently on
tax-related charges (though possibly as an indirect result of his vocal and
visible support for oxygen therapies and therefore against some more
conventional ones). He's been there 3 weeks plus a few days as of this
writing.

I'd invited Ed to be our honored guest at a real-time conference in Natural
Medicine forum on CompuServe not long ago; and I'd been working with him to
create a Web site for him right up to the time of his appearance in court in
Syracuse, New York; haven't heard a word from him since that day -- but I do
have some sense of what his thinking is in general.

The topic of EMFs never came up between us, but it's Ed's sincere belief that
many/most of our modern ailments have an insufficiency of oxygen as one highly
important vector. Glacial ice core samples give indication that Earth's
atmosphere may at one time have been a full 50% oxygen; presently it measures
out at about 24% -- and 17%, he says, is the point at which we experience
shortness of breath.

McCabe is quite definite in his belief that we'll be experiencing lower levels
of oxygen in our atmosphere in the near future; that we'll see an increase in
degenerative diseases, and in infectious diseases; and that -both- of those
are as much about oxygen insufficiency as they are about any other causative
agents. He's said numerous times recently that the only hopeful sign he sees
is the arrival in the marketplace of the new super-oxygenated drinking waters.
"The only way we'll be able to get enough oxygen," he's said, "is by drinking
it."

With that view of our near future, I'm sure he'd be glad to hear this question
about EMFs' impact on breathable oxygen has been raised; he'd figure anything
that can be found to slow the depletion of oxygen would be well worth
pursuing.

Ed was quite financially broke when this recent trouble came about; anyone
who'd like to contribute to his legal defense fund, the address for doing so
is on the main page of my site, at: http://www.wellnow.com (or drop me a
line if you're browser-challenged and I'll gladly email that address to you).
