The EU proposed limit in discussion here in Austria now is 10 microTESLA. Presently valid (old, obsolete) regulations allow for much more. I only want to say, don't panic, don't overreact. The possible dangers of such fields are highly controversial and the experts disagree widely. If you could convince them to move the transformers, you would be lucky, I think. Distance is the best shield. Just 10~20 meters away there may be no problem anymore. Your aquarium pump may have a stronger field around it, than those transformers, depending on distance, of course.
