I moved once too but not out of concern for the ELF field but for the hum my whole family could hear especially at night. The transformer was on a pole about 50 m from my place. The permanent noise factor is a proven hazard but always ignored if it is at the perception level or overpowerd by other intermittend noise. The hearing sense is the most developed in humans.
