Thanks for your update and work.
There is enough risk from towers that the general public should not be
made the subject of a uncontrolled experiment in order to prove them safe
or harmful.  This violates the 14th Amendment protection for substantial
 due process rights.  It is simply wrong for the govt to use citizens in a
radiation experiment.
