The past message referring to "Medina" no doubt refers to Medina,
Washington, the small, exclusive, residential suburb on the eastern
shore of Lake Washington, just East of Seattle.  That's where Bill Gates
lives.  Medina was the city that was involved in the 1996 federal case
that upheld the authority of a city to impose a moratorium while
revising city ordinances to regulate wireless antenna siting.
