Christopher    -   Bud and I are also "bird watchers" and we both have a 
favorite.  His is the eagle and mine is the pelican.   Perhaps Mr. Zink might 
have some influence in bringing about public recognition of "possible" EMF/RW 
hazards to birds who might choose to build their nests in trees in areas 
surrounding communication towers.  I apologize if this has already been 
discussed.  

As in Germany where the law provides for "something to be done" in regard to 
the health of the cows, our government might be more willing to do something 
if "it is FOR THE BIRDS!!"   

I am not trying to minimize any concerns of Mr. Zink but rather am attempting 
to make a point that there are many hazards out there......     Take care  -
