Subject: (Light) "Definite proof" Re Local Media (fwd) Date: Wed, 26 May 1999 125201 -0500 (CDT) From: "Roy L. Beavers" <rbeavers@llion.org> To: emfguru <rbeavers@llion.org> -------------------------------------------------- ......I find this comment interesting..... How many programs have you seen on '20/20' where "definite proof" was not their criteria at all!!!??? As the readers of this list know, a requirement for "definite proof" would prevent stories on tobacco, lead, asbestos, etc..... .....Keep in mind: '20/20' is part of the "electronic media"...... The only one who responded was 20/20 and they wanted me to provide "definite" proof of hazards. We're probably better off going with someone like consumer advocate Michael Moore on his Awful TV show on Bravo on Sunday nights. He seems to go after "the big guys".
