        Thank you for pointing out another very obvious problem with the
language of S.800.

Here is a thought - which you may or may not want to forward - if this bill
grandfathers in existing facilities - who is liable - the town, the
landowner - someone will be - how about letting those schools, towns and
landowners know that if S.800 passes they may be facing lawsuits that the
companies do not want to face?  Also, who in their right mind is going to
lease to a facility that has immunity from damages?
