Janet Newton Here is a thought - which you may or may not want to forward - if this bill grandfathers in existing facilities - who is liable - the town, the landowner - someone will be - how about letting those schools, towns and landowners know that if S.800 passes they may be facing lawsuits that the companies do not want to face? Also, who in their right mind is going to lease to a facility that has immunity from damages? susan Thistle Hill Neighborhood Alliance Member of - EMR Network 506 Thistle Hill Road Marshfield, VT 05658 802-426-3889 802-426-3030 fax thistle@sover.net CITIZENS WORKING FOR VERMONT Archive provided courtesy of WaveGuide, http://www.wave-guide.org Reprinted with permission of Roy Beavers, http://www.feb.se/EMF-L/EMF-L.html
