Susan:

I would not expect any signficant difference.  Sounds to me like
your "enhanced communication" tower is also a skunk.  It has the same
smell and it evidently performs the same function.....

It is probably true that the signals transmitted will be of low power.
But they will also be fairly constant, perhaps pulsed, and of course
none of us (including the company) know how much "growth' will occur
in the amount of traffic (Blue World EMR emissions) over the years....

Nor is it likely that the tower, once built, will be confined to its
original purpose.  The electronics industry has a record of "hanging
more and more" transmitters of various sorts and for various purposes
on these towers once they have been constructed....
