Hi Roy     -     The "Graham" referred to in Darlene's (extremely
important) email is Martin Graham, professor emeritus of electrical
engineering and  computer sciences at the University of California,
Berkeley.  

According to the "Wisconsin Agriculturist" , November 1999 (A Farm
Progress Publication) in an article entitled "Dying for Electricity" by
Kurt Gutknecht, Professor Graham has been studying stray voltage for a
decade.  
 
There does, however, seem to be a connection to "divine intervention"
tho.....
