.......Marjorie, now we know who/what Tom Wheeler (spokesman for the
cell phone industry on the ABC 20/20 show last evening) ... was using
as his authority for his **identical** statements last night.....

Folks, if you "define your terms" to support ONLY your side of the
case ... almost ANY case can be argued persuasively.....!!!

On this list, most of our readers already know about "usual suspect"
John Moulder -- the industry's long time defender and "hired gun" (??)....

Anyway, that's his game -- define HIS terms as to what evidence is
"acceptable" and then argue from there...... Ignoring all the rest.....

I'm only going through this explanation again -- because we have a great
many new readers in recent weeks ... and I can no longer be sure as to
"who knows what" about the past EMF-L messages.....

Cheerio...... (Thanks, Margie, I too think it well advised that all
such information needs to be "shown" to all...... Just so long as
everybody knows this guy's past record for (un)objectivity...... Or, put
another way: **selective** acceptance of the "acceptable" evidence.....

BTW folks: I am working on a commentary about the ABC 20/20 Show last
evening..... Very much interested in hearing from you on that, too....

Roy Beavers (EMFguru) You gotta SHOWME -- I'm from Missouri....

Roy, I have just learned that John Moulder prepared and submitted last
fall to Britain's Independent Expert Group on Mobile Phones a report on
behalf of the Federation of the Electronics Industry, a British trade
association representing industries, which is posted at the FEI's Web site
at the following address:

Moulder's report is 29 pages long when printed out. It contains a list
of 127 references to the literature.

Regarding cancer, Moulder's report "concludes that the existing body
of epidemiological and experimental data does not suggest that
radio-frequency radiation either causes cancer or contributes to the
development of cancer."

I thought this would be of general interest. -- Marjorie
