Subject: Our fight is coming to a close

Dear Roy,
	
Latest update is that our zoning board will rule on June 22.  At that
time we will give our testimonies, including those on health, visual
impact, property devaluation and several drive tests that I performed. 
I am trying to obtain the services of an appraiser to testify to 
property devaluation. We have had 7 board meetings.  At last night's
meeting Sprint's lawyer complained about the new town "Tower ordinance"
that has been recently passed due to pressure from our group! The
ordinance restricts tower heights to 60 ft. and are banned from
residential areas.  
	
Bottom line:I'm quite sure our board will deny the application but very
unsure what the district court will do on appeal.  N.J. rules favorably
more often when experts are presented.
	
To those just beginning this fight, feel free to contact me for all the
gory details-it has been quite an experience.
