Does the medical community know what the symptoms are???

Subject: Re: Your sister at police dispatch

Pat, you asked if there was anything that your sister could do to protect
herself while she looks for another job.

The problem she is suffering from is radio-frequency (RF) fields; these are
coming not only from the police radio, but also from the electric power
serving the other equipment. These are nonlinear loads which generate
harmonics, which results in RF current on the power lines. This creates RF
fields around the electric wiring.

This RF may be in compliance with existing standards, but it is capable of
producing illness that, if prolonged, can do serious damage to health.
There is nothing your sister can do for herself except quit her job ASAP.
However, there is something her employer can do -- and SHOULD do, because this
environment will make ANYONE who works in that job ill.

My recommendation is that consideration be given to calling Stetzer Electric,
Inc. (an electrical contracting firm) to do an evaluation. The phone number
is (608)989-2571 and the caller should ask for Dave Stetzer, the owner.
A Faraday cage could be constructed to protect whoever does the work your
sister is doing, but this would be inconvenient. An electrical evaluation
such as Stetzer Electric can do would allow other options to be explored.

This same kind of problem HAS been experienced before in other police dispatch
operations. I recall one in northern Illinoios about seven years ago.

I hope this helps. -- Marjorie
