This lawyer would be  good advised to read Dr Cyril Smith's 
statement send to the list earlier
he states clearly 
 that at the current "ambience" level of 1-2 microWatts/cm2 
at least  16 % of normal people will have a measurable reaction 
and that this research was even done in the USA (!)

the afflictions of people in vicinity of EMF sources and specially 
microwave transmitters are documented , they have experienced ill 
effects and while not all are so severe as to "constitute" an acute 
illness  the permanent exposure to a stressful situation will in the 
long run cause detrimental health effects.

The legal situation compared to many other " exposures" is that 
the normal citizen is 
a) not informed and 
b) has no choice in the matter if he is exposed

I suggest you forward the e-mail from Dr. Smith
I would like to ask him if he is prepared to pay the compensation if 
ill effects are prevalent in 10 years. Which insurance company is 
ready to take on that challenge ???????
